in a bowl mix flour baking soda corn flour and salt keep it aside
in a separate bowl melt butter allow to cool add both the Sugars and blend well
add egg and blend until it is frothy add Vanilla extract and mix well
gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
add chocolate chips and mix. do not over combine . cover the mixture with the plastic wrap refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight
preheat oven to 170 degree line the baking tray; using ice cream scoop drop equal portions of the cookie dough on the baking tray leaving a gap of 4 cm between the cookies
bake for 12 -13 minutes until slightly golden brown on edges.cookies will appear soft and under baked ;while it is still warm you can add additional chocolate chips on top gently
cool completely on wire rack store in air tight container it will remain good for several days at room temperature serve with cup of milk or tea
